Anyone can park in a lot. That's the problem.
Free cars-and-coffee is a fine way to spend a Saturday — until you've spent fifty of them. Same lot, new strangers, no thread connecting one to the next.
Dues change the contract. An application means the room is vetted. A calendar means the relationships compound instead of resetting every weekend. And a membership that costs something is a membership people show up to — which is the only reason any of this works.
You're not paying for coffee and a parking space. You're paying for who else is standing in it.
A decision, not an autoresponder.

Ten minutes, online — including the waiver, which you read in full before you agree to it. There is no application fee; opening a file costs you nothing but the ten minutes.
Review
The board reads every file personally — no scoring software, no autoresponders. Expect a decision within fourteen days.
Arrive
Your digital credential is issued the day you're accepted, carried on your phone. Then we'll see you at the next occasion on the calendar.
If the club isn't the right fit right now, your file moves to the waitlist with grace — and your fee applies if a seat opens within twelve months.

The privilege program is being built now: club-negotiated rates and access with the houses our members actually use. Founding partners are being signed for the 2026–27 season — they'll be named here, and in every member's dashboard, once the ink is dry.

Founding standing is issued once. When the twentieth seat is claimed, the tier closes permanently and the rate closes with it — the price of waiting is the rate itself.
