What we collect
Information you give us through forms on this site: membership applications (name, contact details, city, vehicles, and your written answers), guest-pass requests, sponsorship and contact inquiries, and email addresses joined to the List. We also collect standard, privacy-respecting site analytics (pages visited, referral source) that do not identify you personally.
How we use it
To review applications, host you at events, respond to inquiries, send the emails you asked for, and run the club. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information — to anyone, ever. Aggregate, anonymized audience figures (never individual data) may be shared with club partners.
Text messages
Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. If you opt in to club texts, we record the date and the exact wording you agreed to, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
The member directory
Accepted members choose what appears in the members-only directory (name, city, garage, social handles). Directory information is visible to signed-in members only and never published publicly. You can edit or remove your listing at any time from your profile.
Application files
Application files are confidential and read by the board only. Declined files are retained for twelve months (for waitlist priority) and then deleted on request or by schedule.
Every email we send includes a working unsubscribe. Leaving the List is one click and takes effect immediately.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted: write to thedeluxecarclub@gmail.com. We answer within three business days.
