Terms of Membership

Applying

There is no application fee. Submitting a file costs nothing and commits you to nothing — the board reviews every application personally, and you owe the club no money unless and until you are accepted and choose to take your seat. Declined applicants hold waitlist priority for twelve months.

Membership

There are two memberships. Founder is $1,200 a year, limited to twenty seats, and held at that rate for as long as the membership remains active; a lapsed founding membership returns its seat to the twenty and forfeits the rate. The Drivers Club is $1,800 a year, or $250 a month — the monthly option totals more across a year, and may be stopped at the end of any month. Membership is personal and non-transferable, and the credential is issued digitally.

Events

Grids are capped; an RSVP is a held seat. Repeated no-shows may affect event priority. Driving events follow a published route and rules briefing; members are responsible for their vehicles, their licenses, their insurance, and their conduct on public roads. The club does not organise, sanction, or time racing or speed contests of any kind on public roads. Events at private venues additionally run under that venue's own waiver and rules.

Every applicant accepts a release of liability and assumption of risk as part of the application, shown in full before it is agreed to. That release governs participation in club occasions and is incorporated into these terms by reference. Conduct — the paddock rules

The club considers character first, and reserves the right to decline or revoke membership for conduct that endangers members, guests, venues, or the club's standing — with a pro-rated refund of unused dues, minus any numbered items issued. What's said on the grid stays on the grid.

The store

Numbered and limited pieces are final sale and never re-run. Unworn Core Collection items may be exchanged for size within 14 days. Nothing in the store is ever discounted; unsold pieces are archived.
