Terms of Membership

The application fee
The $100 application fee covers a personal board review of your file. It is not refundable, but it is never lost: accepted members see it credited in full against their first year's dues, and declined applicants hold waitlist priority for twelve months — the fee applies if a seat opens in that window.
Membership
Membership is annual, billed monthly or yearly by tier, and capped at two hundred. Founding numbers (№ 001–100) are held for as long as the membership remains active; a lapsed founding membership retires its number permanently. Membership is personal and non-transferable.
Events
Grids are capped; an RSVP is a held seat. Repeated no-shows may affect event priority. Driving events follow a published route and rules briefing; members are responsible for their vehicles, their licenses, their insurance, and their conduct on public roads. Circuit events run under the venue's waiver and rules. (Liability language to be finalized with counsel before public launch.)
Conduct — the paddock rules
The club considers character first, and reserves the right to decline or revoke membership for conduct that endangers members, guests, venues, or the club's standing — with a pro-rated refund of unused dues, minus any numbered items issued. What's said on the grid stays on the grid.
The store
Numbered and limited pieces are final sale and never re-run. Unworn Core Collection items may be exchanged for size within 14 days. Nothing in the store is ever discounted; unsold pieces are archived.
