Partnerships

A room of the right customers.

Deluxe Car Club is a vetted, application-only automotive society in the Phoenix East Valley — a roster capped at two hundred members, and public occasions that draw thousands to see them. Partners don't buy impressions here; they buy a seat in a room that cannot be bought into any other way. The 2026–27 calendar is being built now, and the categories are still open.

Why Deluxe

Two hundred who buy. Thousands who watch.

Most automotive sponsorship sells one number: a gate count of anonymous walk-ups, a logo on a banner, a cost-per-impression you'll never trace to revenue.

Deluxe sells two, and the small one matters more. The roster caps at two hundred vetted members — collectors, founders, physicians, builders — reached repeatedly across the calendar in the moments they're happiest: beside their cars. That is the room your brand actually joins. It isn't a banner behind a taco truck; it's the welcome box, the rally route book, the bar, the founder's grid briefing.

Around that room, the public occasions draw thousands of spectators across a season — the people who come out because a curated field of cars is worth the drive. Your activation is seen by that crowd and remembered by the two hundred.

Reach on the day. Familiarity all season. That is the offer.

The Audience

A room built by application.

Two hundred seats, and every one passes a personal board review. The club is assembled from the East Valley's ownership class — Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley — the ZIP codes where Arizona's garages live. The public occasions open that field to thousands more across a season.

Two hundred is the roster cap, not a current headcount; the attendance figure is a season projection for the public occasions. Both are launch-phase numbers, replaced with measured gate and member data as the calendar runs. Demographic depth — marques owned, purchase intent, home ZIPs — is collected at application and shared with presenting partners quarterly, in aggregate.

Opportunities

Where your brand lives.

On-site activation

Product display, demo fleet, tasting bar, or service pop-up inside the paddock — the only vendors present are partners.

The welcome box

Your product or offer in the hands of every new member, opened on camera more often than not.

The member dashboard

A standing listing with your brand on it, in the app members open between events — the club's most-used page after the calendar.

Content & credit

Every event is shot to editorial standard. Partners appear in the club's recap films, member emails, and social — credited, never cluttered.

The route book & grid briefing

Rally partners ride along in the printed route book and the founder's grid briefing — the two most-read artifacts in club life.

The Math

What a partnership replaces.

A full-page regional magazine placement reaches forty thousand readers once, untargeted, and you will never trace a dollar of it. A Deluxe presenting partnership puts you in front of thousands of spectators on event days and in front of the same two hundred qualified households repeatedly across the season, in person, with your product in their hands. If your average customer is worth four figures — one detailing contract, one storage year, one policy, one watch — a single-digit number of conversions pays the partnership.

Which is why we don't publish a rate card. The right number depends on your category, your margin, and what you actually want to activate — so we build that math with you on the first call, and report against it quarterly.
